A series of studies aiming to capture what is invisible to us — human emotions and thoughts, everything that remains hidden, that we attempt to hide and that others attempt to hide from us. The work examines the different levels of that which is invisible to us, but felt intuitively or emotionally. Finally, even the invisible exists on different levels of complexity.

The use of clear-cut geometrical shapes that slowly transform to lose their edges and soften, becoming almost boundless, underlines the question of whether all the levels of existence can ever be truly understood and confined to neat boxes… Through a series of mostly bas-reliefs, Martina attempts to conceptualize a thought into pure emotion by juxtaposing seemingly incompatible materials.
